11.2 Permanent Closure by d222

d222 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where an account is found to be a duplicate, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk. Upon permanent closure for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at d222's discretion, subject to applicable law.
